Jackfruit Fritters
Ingredients:
1 cup jackfruit flesh, grated
1/2 cup jackfruit flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
Oil for frying
Method:
In a bowl, mix together the grated jackfruit, jackfruit flour, rice flour, baking powder and salt.
Gradually add water and mix to form a thick batter.
Heat oil in a pan. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Drain the jackfruit flour fritters on a paper towel-lined plate.
Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.
