Jackfruit Flour Porridge
Ingredients:
1/2 cup jackfruit flour
4 cups milk
2 tbsp jaggery or honey
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Chopped nuts for garnish
Method:
In a saucepan, whisk the jackfruit flour into the milk until no lumps remain.
Place the pan over medium heat and cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens to a porridge-like consistency.
Stir in the jaggery or honey and cardamom powder.
Remove from heat and transfer to serving bowls.
Garnish the jackfruit flour porridge with chopped nuts before serving.
