Jackfruit Flour Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup jackfruit flour

  • 4 cups milk

  • 2 tbsp jaggery or honey

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

  • Chopped nuts for garnish

Method:

  1. In a saucepan, whisk the jackfruit flour into the milk until no lumps remain.

  2. Place the pan over medium heat and cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens to a porridge-like consistency.

  3. Stir in the jaggery or honey and cardamom powder.

  4. Remove from heat and transfer to serving bowls.

  5. Garnish the jackfruit flour porridge with chopped nuts before serving.
