Jackfruit Flour Halwa
Ingredients:
1/2 cup jackfruit flour
1/2 cup ghee
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Chopped nuts for garnish
Method:
Heat ghee in a pan. Add the jackfruit flour and roast on low flame for 5-7 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the milk and stir continuously. Cook until the mixture thickens.
Add the sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped nuts.
Serve the jackfruit flour halwa warm or chilled.
