Jackfruit Flour Dosa
Ingredients:
1 cup rice
1/4 cup urad dal
2 tbsp jackfruit flour
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Method:
Soak the rice and urad dal separately for 4-5 hours. Drain and grind into a smooth batter.
Transfer to a bowl, mix well and let ferment overnight.
Add the jackfruit flour and salt. Thin out the batter with water to a dosa consistency.
Heat a dosa tawa, pour a ladle of batter and spread into a thin circle.
Drizzle a little oil around the edges. Cook until the bottom is golden brown.
Fold and serve the jackfruit flour dosa hot with chutney or sambar.
