Jackfruit Flour Dosa

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice

  • 1/4 cup urad dal

  • 2 tbsp jackfruit flour

  • Salt to taste

  • Water as needed

Method:

  1. Soak the rice and urad dal separately for 4-5 hours. Drain and grind into a smooth batter.

  2. Transfer to a bowl, mix well and let ferment overnight.

  3. Add the jackfruit flour and salt. Thin out the batter with water to a dosa consistency.

  4. Heat a dosa tawa, pour a ladle of batter and spread into a thin circle.

  5. Drizzle a little oil around the edges. Cook until the bottom is golden brown.

  6. Fold and serve the jackfruit flour dosa hot with chutney or sambar.
