Jackfruit Flour Chapati

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1-2 tbsp jackfruit flour

  • 1/2 to 1 cup water

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method:

  1. Mix the wheat flour, jackfruit flour and salt. Add water and knead into a soft dough.

  2. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

  3. Make balls from the dough and roll them out into flat round chapatis.

  4. Cook the chapatis on a hot griddle, flipping to cook both sides evenly.
