Jackfruit Flour Chapati
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1-2 tbsp jackfruit flour
1/2 to 1 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
Method:
Mix the wheat flour, jackfruit flour and salt. Add water and knead into a soft dough.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Make balls from the dough and roll them out into flat round chapatis.
Cook the chapatis on a hot griddle, flipping to cook both sides evenly.
